DO I NEED A DOCTORS NOTE?

Sometimes but not usually. Check your insurance coverage to see if your insurance requires a doctors note. You don't need to see a doctor before you see a physiotherapist. 

WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

Initial assessment including treatment      $130

All follow ups                                                $90

Dry needling alone                                    $50

WILL INSURANCE COVER THE COST OF MY APPOINTMENT?

Very often Yes! If you have insurance, check your plan for what it covers for physiotherapy, and massage therapy. We'll provide all the info you need to provide to your insurer. We will bill your insurance company directly for you if they are in our list of insurers. *We are not an OHIP provider. *We do not submit WSIB claims. We are now accepting MVA patients.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept credit/debit online during your booking, or debit/credit or e-transfer, in person after your appoinment. 

HOW SOON AFTER MY INJURY SHOULD I START TREATMENT?

As soon as possible! Early treatment often leads to better outcomes. 

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT ON MY FIRST VISIT?

Please come early on your first visit to complete the necessary intake forms if you haven't completed these onlilne. During your first visit, your practitioner will take a detailed history of your complaints and perform any tests/labs that they feel is necessary to determine the root cause of your complaint. The practitioner will explain their recommendations for treatment and future visits/testing. In most cases (time-dependent) your practitioner will provide treatment and/or recommendations during the initial visit.
